Instead of relying solely on room suction or distant smoke evacuation, the E3590 attaches directly to a hand‑switching electrosurgical pencil. Plume is captured right at the source, helping to maintain a clearer view of the surgical field, reduce inhalation risk for staff, and improve overall OR air quality. Coupled with a compatible smoke evacuator unit and tubing (such as the RapidVac system), it becomes part of an integrated smoke management workflow.
