Opti‑Cide3 (model OCS12‑024) is a ready-to-use disinfectant spray designed for healthcare, surgical, and high-risk environments where rigorous infection control is necessary. Because it comes pre-mixed, there’s no need for dilution or preparation in the field, simplifying workflow. Its formulation combines quaternary ammonium compounds, alcohol, and auxiliary solvents to deliver rapid disinfection while also loosening soils such as blood, bodily fluids, and organic debris, facilitating cleaning and disinfection in one step.

When applied to hard, nonporous surfaces, Opti‑Cide3 achieves full disinfection in approximately 2 minutes, according to its label claims. For soft surfaces, it functions as a sanitizer with a contact time of about 10 seconds. This relatively fast action makes it suitable for frequent turnover settings such as intensive care units, surgical suites, infant care units, and high-touch public surfaces.
