The Pleur-evac A-6000 Cactus is a dry-suction, wet-seal chest drainage system featuring a single 2500 mL collection chamber for adult and pediatric configurations.

The system includes a pre-filled water bottle, seven-column patient air-leak meter, adjustable suction control, automatic positive and negative pressure relief valves, and a manual filtered high-negativity relief valve.

Additional features include quick-disconnect patient tubing with a needleless sampling port, tip-over protection, a write-on notation surface, bedrail hangers, swivel floor stand, and carrying handle.
