This medical supply or implant item is contained within its original manufacturer's packaging. While the box may exhibit signs of wear, these do not impact the integrity or quality of the enclosed product.

A non-bioabsorbable clip intended to be implanted long-term (>30 days) within the gastrointestinal (GI) tract during an endoscopic procedure for endoscopic marking, haemostasis, tissue approximation, closure of luminal perforations, treating mucosal/submucosal defects, and/or as part of bariatric procedures. It is a metallic device with a clasping mechanism; a disposable applicator may be included.

The Resolution 360™ ULTRA Clip is engineered to provide superior hemostatic control during gastrointestinal procedures. Featuring a 17 mm jaw opening, it is the largest through-the-scope hemoclip available, designed to capture more tissue and enable effective defect closure and hemostasis. This increased size allows for better tissue approximation, which may contribute to improved clinical outcomes.

Precision Placement with Advanced Control
Built on the Resolution 360™ platform, the ULTRA Clip incorporates a braided catheter that allows for 1:1 physician-controlled rotation, facilitating faster and more accurate placement in tortuous anatomy. The ergonomic handle provides tactile feedback, ensuring confident deployment. Additionally, the rotation control knob enables 1:1 nurse/technician-controlled rotation, enhancing procedural efficiency.

Secure Deployment for Optimal Retention
Upon deployment, the Resolution 360™ ULTRA Clip is designed to lock securely in place, which may lead to fewer hospital readmissions and repeat procedures. Its secure locking mechanism ensures that the clip remains in position, providing reliable hemostasis and contributing to positive patient outcomes.
