The AFS208 FLOWSafe IV Admin Set is designed to combine the flexibility of a long tubing set with the precision of a built-in flow control device. With its 100-inch length, clinicians have plenty of slack to route the infusion in a variety of configurations without stressing connectors. Despite the added features, the priming volume remains reasonable (about 19.2 mL for the dual‑site version), so the extra fluid burden is not excessive.
