The Boston Scientific CRE™ Pulmonary Balloon Dilatation Catheter (Model M00550320) is a single-use device specifically designed for the dilation of airway strictures within the bronchial tree. Featuring a balloon that gradually inflates from 18 mm through 19 mm up to 20 mm across 3, 4.5, and 6 ATM, it enables clinicians to perform controlled, stepwise dilation with a single catheter configuration. Its 5.5 cm balloon, coupled with a 110 cm catheter length, makes it well-suited to navigate into deeper airway regions with ease.

Key to its performance is the Three‑in‑One Technology, which consolidates what would typically require multiple balloons into one, simplifying procedural workflow. The design provides a high radial vector force, minimizing balloon waist formation and ensuring more effective dilation of rigid strictures. The rectilinear shoulder design enhances visualization during dilation and maximizes the effective surface area of the balloon, making the process efficient and visually guided.

Integration into standard pulmonary intervention protocols is seamless. Radiopaque markers facilitate precise placement under fluoroscopy, and rapid inflation/deflation capability—when used with the Alliance™ II Inflation System—supports efficient clinical throughput. The device is also compatible with 0.035″ Jagwire™ Pulmonary Guidewires and standard bronchoscopes (≥ 2.8 mm working channel), providing broad utility in various pulmonary dilation scenarios.

This medical supply or implant item is securely packaged within its original manufacturer's packaging, which remains undamaged. The inner and outer packaging is intact, ensuring the product's integrity and suitability for medical use.
