Carl Zeiss West Germany f=125 binocular viewing head, originally used on Zeiss surgical and laboratory microscopes. This optical head provides high-quality stereo viewing and includes two Zeiss 12.5x adjustable eyepieces. These early West Germany units are highly regarded for their durable engineering and exceptional optical clarity.

The f=125 optical path and dovetail mounting collar make this unit compatible with many vintage Zeiss systems including OPMI, ENT, dental, surgical microscopes, and some beam splitters or photo adapters. Both eyepieces adjust smoothly, and the interpupillary distance mechanism operates correctly. The swivel and angle adjustment joints are intact and functional.

Cosmetically, the unit shows normal signs of previous use—paint wear, minor scratches, and handling marks (see photos). The optics appear clean with no major haze or cracks. A great replacement head for restoring a Zeiss surgical scope or upgrading an existing setup.
