• The Cook Medical G58845 is a sterile, single-use central venous catheter tray containing a 4.0 Fr (18 gauge) power‑injectable double‑lumen catheter approximately 8 cm in length, designed for safe and efficient vascular access in interventional, radiologic, or intensive care settings. It is compatible with pressure-enhanced (power) injection, enabling secure administration of contrast media, medications, fluids, and blood products via dual lumen capability—with simultaneous functionality for high-flow distal access and medication delivery through the secondary lumen.

• The tray includes a comprehensive sterile kit to support standard Seldinger technique catheter placement. It comes equipped with a 40 cm, 0.018‑inch (21 G) wire guide; dilator; catheter access and EchoTip® entry needles; connecting tubing; needle protector; 6 mL syringe and prefilled saline syringes; lidocaine; silk suture; safety scalpel; multiple gauge (22 G/25 G) needles; MicroClave® connectors; StatLock device; drape and CSR wrap; hemostat; slant wire guide holder; filter straw; plastic clip; and insertion form. The catheter is polyurethane and unimpregnated, designed for efficient placement, simultaneous infusion and sampling, with integrated accessories to facilitate sterility and procedural workflow.
