The Biogel PI Indicator Underglove from Molnlycke is a sterile, powder-free synthetic polyisoprene surgical underglove designed for use either alone or as an underglove beneath a main surgical glove, forming part of a puncture-indication system. According to the manufacturer, the blue underglove worn beneath a contrasting outer glove allows for “blue color spot” alerting when a puncture or fluid strike-through in the outer glove occurs.
Made of synthetic polyisoprene (non-latex), it is designed to offer feel and fit similar to natural rubber latex while avoiding latex-protein sensitisation risks. 
The size-8 version (41680) comes in a box of 50 pairs. 
Its intended use is in surgical settings where puncture detection, double-gloving, latex sensitivity, and high barrier performance are important.
