The Mortara ELI 250—also marketed in variants like the ELI 250c—is a compact, 12-lead resting electrocardiograph designed for quick, precise ECG acquisition, analysis, and printing. Its backlit color LCD offers real-time preview and post-acquisition review of 12-lead ECG waveforms, facilitating user confidence and clarity during clinical use.
• Internal storage: holds up to 60 ECG records by default, expandable to approximately 150
• Printing capabilities: thermal Z-fold paper (A4 or 8.5" × 11") with multiple print formats—3+1, 3+3, 6‑lead, 12‑lead, and Cabrera—is supported
• Portability: Measures around 39.4 × 43.2 × 10.2 cm (15.5" × 17" × 4") and weighs approximately 5.1 kg (11.25 lb) with battery
A standout feature is its VERITAS™ resting ECG interpretation algorithm, which automatically provides a silent, gender- and age-specific, second-opinion reading—beneficial for both adult and pediatric populations.
There's also the innovative “Best 10” technology, which scans recent data and automatically selects the highest-quality 10-second window for recording, significantly reducing the need for repeat acquisitions.
From a connectivity standpoint, the device offers flexibility suited for modern clinical workflows. It supports bidirectional communication via USB, LAN, Wi‑Fi, or optional internal modem. Integration is seamless with systems like Mortara’s Pyramis®, E‑Scribe™, ECG Safe™, Athena™, and third-party EMR, HIS, or PACS platforms—facilitating streamlined data transfer and management.
