Physicians stools are a very important feature in any medical facility. This seating has three different 24″ diameter base styles and three different height adjustments. Rolls on 2″ plastic casters. Seat measures 16″ in diameter. Available with two backrest options. Adjusts in height with a 360 degree handle under the seat.
The Midcentral Medical MCM‑860 through MCM‑871 physician stools are ergonomically crafted for use in dynamic clinical settings. With height-adjustable pneumatic controls and a generous 16″ seat mounted on a broad 24″ base, these stools offer exceptional stability and surgeon comfort. Whether positioned at a lower standard level or elevated for enhanced visibility, the pneumatic lift adjusts smoothly, helping clinicians maintain ideal posture during long procedures.
Constructed to withstand the rigors of an operating room, these stools support up to 300 lbs and feature easy-to-clean vinyl surfaces, ideal for infection control protocols. The wide base and 2″ casters ensure smooth movement across surgical suite floors without risking tip‑over. The inclusion of waterfall seams and optional rotation‑lock seats further streamline cleaning routines and enhance positional control when needed.
What sets the MCM‑860 to MCM‑871 line apart is the high degree of customization. Choose from multiple base finishes—from sleek aluminum with toe caps to classic black or chrome—mixed with your preference for backrests: none, standard, or crescent. Height adjusters also vary—whether you prefer a foot-operated 360° handle, a D‑shaped lever, or a simple knob. This versatility ensures clinicians can fine‑tune the stool to their ergonomic, aesthetic, and workflow needs.
