The Aluminum base mayo stand is great for physicians offices, emergency rooms or minor procedure rooms. Adjusts in height by a thumb knob below the top. Pole and top are stainless steel with aluminum base and twin rolling plastic casters.
The MCM‑705/706 Stainless Steel Mayo Stand with Aluminum Base is designed with a streamlined footprint that doesn’t sacrifice functionality. Its 24″ aluminum base remains stable enough to support procedural use while conserving floor space—making it perfect for examining rooms, ambulatory centers, or busier OR setups where space is a premium. The compact tray design still offers sufficient surface area for instrument staging without overcrowding.
Height adjustment is thoroughly intuitive—secured via a thumb knob placed directly beneath the tray. Surgeons or assistants can smoothly raise or lower the tray from 36″ to 62″ using one hand to support the tray while adjusting the knob with the other. This mechanism is reliable, user-friendly, and doesn’t require additional pedals or levers, allowing seamless adaptability to different procedural heights and preferences.
Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel for the pole and tray, and an aluminum base, the MCM‑705/706 offers lasting resilience against wear, corrosive disinfectants, and frequent sterilization. The tray’s removable design ensures fast cleaning between cases, promoting infection control. Together with its durable build and thoughtful ergonomics, this Mayo stand balances cost-effectiveness with the durability needed for regular clinical use.
