The UE-OBPRO-32 is a single-use, sterile uterine manipulator designed to enhance visualization and access during laparoscopic and robotic gynecological procedures, including hysterectomies and fertility surgeries. Featuring a 32mm cervical cup, it is specifically tailored for patients with a smaller cervical diameter. The device is constructed with an ergonomic handle and a rigid shaft that provides stable manipulation, allowing for precise anteversion, retroversion, and lateral movement of the uterus. Its anatomical (S-curved) design ensures easy insertion and optimal positioning within the uterine cavity.

A key feature of the UE-OBPRO-32 is its integrated OccludOR Balloon, which maintains pneumoperitoneum during procedures by occluding the vaginal fornices. The balloon can be inflated with 90–120cc of sterile saline or air to achieve continuous radial contact with the vaginal wall, ensuring a stable surgical environment. Additionally, the device includes a dye injection port, facilitating the administration of contrast agents for diagnostic purposes without the need to remove the manipulator.

The cervical cup is made from ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE), a high-temperature resistant material compatible with electrosurgical and harmonic energy sources. This construction allows for safe use in various surgical settings. The device is latex-free, reducing the risk of allergic reactions, and is available in four sizes—32mm, 35mm, 37mm, and 40mm—to accommodate different anatomical variations.
