Refund policy
At Primis Medical, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that only unopened and unused goods qualify for return. Items that are classified as special orders are not eligible for return. Such items will be specifically identified as special order at the time of purchase.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted us first. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (short dated, expired etc.)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care products (beauty goods)
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids/gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a new purchase for the desired item once the return is processed.
European Union Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return your merchandise within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at Tanyia@primismedical.com.
Shipping for Returns You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.
If your item is valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
