These benches for assisting with gowning are constructed with 16 gauge stainless steel. 450 lbs. weight capacity. Available with lower brace for storage under bench or also lower shelf to hold gowns, hats, or shoe covers. Larger 72″ long models have 6 legs. Reinforcing channel under top for minimized deflection. Manufactured to our glove friendly specs specifically for the medical field. Custom sizes available.
The MCM‑800 series Gowning Bench is robustly engineered with high-grade stainless steel, delivering both strength and cleanliness essential for medical and cleanroom environments. Despite its simplicity, the bench handles up to 450 lbs, and its reinforced channel construction ensures reliable stability even under frequent use and heavy loads.
These benches are thoughtfully designed in two formats. The no-shelf versions (MCM‑800–804) are ideal for confined spaces or when clearance at floor level is needed, thanks to a lower brace that's easy to straddle. The shelf-equipped models (MCM‑810–814) add a layer of functionality by allowing efficient storage of gowns, caps, and shoe covers—making changeovers quicker and more organized.
Built "glove-friendly" with smooth welds and minimal seams, these benches are easy to disinfect, helping maintain sterile environments. Sizes span from compact 24″ benches to expansive 72″ units (which include six legs for added support), accommodating a variety of facility layouts and traffic volumes. Their modular design and stainless construction make them both adaptable and long-lasting.
