The Boston Scientific H7493933515060 Guidezilla™ II is a 6 French (F), 0.035″ guidewire-compatible guide extension catheter designed to enhance the delivery of interventional devices during complex coronary and peripheral procedures. With a working length of 150 cm and a guide segment length of 25 cm, it provides additional back-up support and facilitates the easy delivery of ancillary devices. This is particularly beneficial in challenging anatomical situations, such as tortuous vessels, calcified lesions, and distal lesions, where precise navigation is critical.

Constructed with a platinum-iridium helical collar, the Guidezilla™ II offers improved strength and visibility under fluoroscopy. Its Z-Glide™ hydrophilic coating enhances deliverability by reducing friction, allowing for smoother advancement through the vascular system. The 6 mm hypotube transition is optimized to reduce device interaction, ensuring a smooth passage for the delivery of balloons, stents, and other interventional devices.

Designed for single-use only, the Guidezilla™ II is latex-free and sterile, ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical standards. It is compatible with 6F inner diameter guide catheters ≥0.070" (1.78 mm) and is intended for use by trained medical professionals in various interventional procedures.
