  • The Boston Scientific M00576560 Ultraflex™ Tracheobronchial Distal Release Stent System (12 mm Ă— 40 mm, 25 mm Covered) is a precision-engineered airway stent designed to restore and maintain patency in malignant and obstructive tracheobronchial conditions. Featuring a self-expanding nitinol mesh structure, this stent applies consistent radial force to gently support compromised airway passages without kinking, allowing improved airflow and patient comfort. Its partial silicone cover over the midsection helps resist tumor ingrowth while the nitinol ends permit tissue integration and limit migration, making it an excellent choice for complex pulmonary interventions.
  • Radiopaque markers on both stent and catheter enable accurate fluoroscopic positioning, and compatibility with standard 0.035″ pulmonary guidewires facilitates a smooth deployment process. The 95 cm working length accommodates both flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, supporting versatile procedural workflows in interventional pulmonology.
