The Ethicon D11LT Endopath XCEL trocar is a precision-engineered laparoscopic access device featuring an 11 mm dilating tip and a 100 mm working length. Designed to minimize tissue trauma, its conical dilating tip separates rather than cuts tissue layers, allowing smooth and controlled entry into the abdominal cavity.

A built-in stability sleeve enhances fixation in the abdominal wall, maintaining port integrity throughout instrument exchanges. The device also includes a spring-loaded safety shield that automatically locks upon entry to protect against internal injury.
