The MiniONE® Balloon Button offers a remarkably slim external profile, boasting a 37% lower profile external bolster that eliminates the bulk commonly found in traditional G‑tubes—making it more discreet and comfortable under clothing. It's constructed from medical‑grade silicone, enhancing skin friendliness, simplifying cleaning, and minimizing irritation around the stoma site. The apple-shaped internal balloon expands horizontally when filled, creating a larger seal that improves retention, reduces leaks, and helps lower the risk of granulation tissue formation.

Clinicians can fine-tune balloon fill volume for individualized comfort and optimal fit, helping reduce leaks and enhance overall tolerance.  The device features AMT’s Glow Green™ feeding port, a glow-in-the-dark connector that simplifies nighttime feedings—no need to disturb the patient under dim lighting. Designed with modern safety standards in mind, the MiniONE® is ENFit® compatible, aligning it with current global enteral feeding connector guidelines.

This unit comes as a fully stocked, sterile feeding device kit that includes the button plus necessary accessories: a bolus extension set, Y‑port extension set, both a 5 cc/10 cc balloon syringe and a 35 cc bolus syringe, gauze, water-soluble lubricant, and for sizes 12–18 Fr perhaps an introducer/stiffener to ease placement.
