The Neurovision NPDC-5 Mastodon is a specialized set of two paired needle electrodes designed for precise facial nerve monitoring during ENT and head and neck surgeries. Each needle is 13 mm in length and features a 28-gauge stainless steel construction, ensuring minimal invasiveness and reduced patient discomfort. The needles are color-coded—red and blue—for easy identification and correct placement during procedures.

These electrodes are equipped with 1.5-meter twisted lead wires, which help maintain signal integrity by reducing electromagnetic interference. The design includes insulation to enhance detection capabilities and minimize noise, providing clear and reliable electromyography (EMG) signals.
