The Olympus NA-U200H-8019 EZ Shot 3 Plus is a high-precision, single-use aspiration needle engineered for ultrasound-guided biopsy and aspiration in endoscopic procedures. With a 19 G gauge and a working length of 140 cm, it is designed to reach deep or anatomically challenging lesions. The needle’s shape-memory nitinol core helps maintain trajectory integrity through angulated bends and multiple passes, thereby improving targeting accuracy.

Emphasizing flexibility and control, this model uses a multi-layer coil sheath that allows smooth transmission of force from the operator’s hand to the tip, even when the endoscope is highly angulated. This coil design helps reduce insertion resistance and enhances maneuverability without forcing undue stress on the endoscope or surrounding tissue. The needle tip is rounded (without side hole), promoting atraumatic puncture, and is coupled with echogenic dimples on the surface to enhance ultrasound visibility for improved targeting confidence.

In practice, the NA-U200H-8019 is intended for EUS-guided fine needle aspiration or biopsy of submucosal lesions, pancreatic masses, mediastinal nodes, or similar clinical sites. It is sterilized and provided in a ready-to-use configuration, simplifying workflow in the endoscopic suite. The design prioritizes both ease of use and sample integrity — the Menghini-style cutting edge (for the EZ Shot series) is intended to produce clean cores, while the flexible sheath system helps maintain needle control and consistency during repeated passes.

This medical supply or implant item is securely packaged within its original manufacturer's packaging, which remains undamaged. The inner and outer packaging is intact, ensuring the product's integrity and suitability for medical use.
