The PDI Sani‑Cloth AF3 Germicidal Wipe (P13872) is a one-step surface disinfectant wipe formulated to be alcohol-free, bleach-free, and fragrance-free, making it especially suitable for use in settings where patients or staff may have respiratory sensitivities. Because it contains a quaternary ammonium (quat) disinfectant system rather than harsher chemistries, it reduces the risk of damage or irritation to sensitive equipment or environments. The canister format holds 160 wipes and is designed for frequent use in healthcare and clinical environments.

In terms of antimicrobial performance, AF3 is effective against 45 microorganisms (including bacteria, viruses, and TB/mycobacteria) when used properly, with a 3‑minute contact time on hard, nonporous surfaces. This positions it as an intermediate-level disinfectant, appropriate for environments where disinfection of equipment, medical surfaces, carts, and touch surfaces is frequently required.
