The 1137431 DreamWear Full Face Mask with a medium frame in an extended sizepack is designed to give the user flexibility and comfort. Instead of having the cushion press over the bridge of the nose, the cushion sits under the nose, covering both the mouth and nose below the nostrils. This helps avoid common pressure points, red marks, and discomfort at the top of the nose bridge. Since it includes multiple cushion sizes, it's ideal for users—or labs—who don’t yet know precisely which cushion will work best, enabling swapping cushions to find the best seal and comfort. The medium frame strikes a balance: it accommodates a wide variety of face sizes without being too bulky or too tight for many users.

A key feature of this mask is the top‑of‑head tubing design. The hose attaches at the crown of the head rather than the front, which reduces the pulling or dragging of the hose when users move or shift positions during sleep. Because of that, the mask tends to provide more freedom of movement—side‑sleeping, even stomach sleeping tends to be more manageable compared to traditional full face masks with front hose attachments. The flexible frame further helps the mask adjust with facial contours, allowing for comfort while shifting, without compromising seal too severely (though leaks can still happen if size isn’t matched well).

On the flip side, full face masks in general are larger and more covering than nasal or nasal pillow masks, so there is more facial contact, and potential for more moisture buildup inside the mask, especially around the mouth area, depending on humidification and environment. Also, getting the right cushion size is very important—too small and it leaks or causes discomfort; too large and it can cause redundant silicone, which may collapse or distort under pressure. Headgear tension needs careful adjustment—snug enough to seal, but not overtightened, to avoid soreness. Maintenance (cleaning of the cushion, elbow, frame, headgear) is also more involved than minimal masks, so it requires regular cleaning and periodic replacement of the components. 1137431
